Delete your account

You can permanently delete a By Tutors login. This removes access to the Offline and Online portals for that user. A parent or guardian may request deletion for a student.

In the Offline academy portal

1. Sign in at app.bytutors.academy/login
2. Open Account in the sidebar (or menu)
3. Type DELETE and confirm

In the Online classes portal

1. Sign in at app.bytutors.academy/online
2. Open Profile
3. Type DELETE and confirm

By email

Write to admin@bytutors.academy from the parent or staff contact we have on file. Include the Login ID and the student’s or tutor’s full name. We will delete the account after we confirm it is a genuine request.

What is deleted

The login and live profile are removed. Homework files and class history are removed or anonymised. We may keep a minimal fee or legal record where Indian law requires it. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

The last academy admin cannot delete their own login until another admin exists.
