Maximum 4 at the centre, maximum 5 on Zoom per subject. Small enough that the tutor knows exactly where each student stands.
One expert per subject
No single tutor covering five subjects. A separate specialist teaches each one, and lessons don't move on until the group has understood.

Topic tests after every chapter surface gaps before the exam does — visible to parents on the app, not buried in a report card.
